At Simply Mahj, we strive to create a wonderful Mahjong experience for our community. Because many of our items are specialty products and limited releases, please review the following policies before making a purchase or booking a class.

Classes & Events
All classes and events are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
​
Each class session is approximately two hours long. Mahjong is a strategic game that takes time and practice to learn, and a full understanding of the game may require additional classes or practice sessions. Progress and learning pace will vary for each individual.

Affiliate Products
Some products featured on Simply Mahj may be sold through affiliate websites or partner retailers.
​
Items purchased through these sites are subject to that retailer’s terms, conditions, and return policies. Simply Mahj does not process complaints, questions, returns, or refunds for products purchased through affiliate partners.
Simply Mahj does not manufacture or distribute these products and acts solely as a marketing and promotional partner. Any product-related concerns must be addressed directly with the manufacturer, affiliate website, or retailer.

Online Purchases
Items purchased directly from Simply Mahj online may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Tamper seals must remain intact

Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt

A 40% restocking fee may apply if packaging has been opened or tamper seals are broken

In-Store Purchases
Items purchased directly from Simply Mahj in-store, during classes, or at events may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

Price Adjustments
Simply Mahj offers promotions throughout the year. If an item you purchased goes on promotion within 14 days of your original purchase date, you may request a price adjustment in the form of store credit.

Shipping & Order Processing
In-stock items typically ship within 5–10 business days.
If in-stock items are ordered together with pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items become available.
For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Pre-Orders
Many Simply Mahj products are offered as pre-orders due to limited production runs.
