At Simply Mahj, we strive to create a wonderful Mahjong experience for our community. Because many of our items are specialty products and limited releases, please review the following policies before making a purchase or booking a class.

Classes & Events
All classes and events are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Each class session is approximately two hours long. Mahjong is a strategic game that takes time and practice to learn, and a full understanding of the game may require additional classes or practice sessions. Progress and learning pace will vary for each individual.

Affiliate Products
Some products featured on Simply Mahj may be sold through affiliate websites or partner retailers.
​
Items purchased through these sites are subject to that retailer’s terms, conditions, and return policies. Simply Mahj does not process complaints, questions, returns, or refunds for products purchased through affiliate partners.
Simply Mahj does not manufacture or distribute these products and acts solely as a marketing and promotional partner. Any product-related concerns must be addressed directly with the manufacturer, affiliate website, or retailer.

Online Purchases
Items purchased directly from Simply Mahj online may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Price Adjustments
Simply Mahj offers promotions throughout the year. If an item you purchased goes on promotion within 14 days of your original purchase date, you may request a price adjustment in the form of store credit.

Shipping & Order Processing
In-stock items typically ship within 5–10 business days.
If in-stock items are ordered together with pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items become available.
For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Many Simply Mahj products are offered as pre-orders due to limited production runs.

Returns & Cancellation Policies
At Simply Mahj, we want you to love everything you purchase. Because many of our items are specialty Mahjong products and limited releases, please review our policies below before placing your order.

Classes, Events & Open Play
All classes, events, and open play sessions, are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer transfer your registration to another event of equal or lesser value, with at least 3 days notice prior to the event. Within 3 days of event, you may transfer your session to another person.
​
Cruises and Multi-Day Events will follow that event's specific policy regarding cancellations. These events will often require a 90-day notice if you are unable to attend, dependent upon the travel detail policies. These policies will be posted on the booking page and during registration.
​
Private Party & Corporate Bookings
All private party bookings are non-refundable.
​
However, your booking may be transferred to another available date and time with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the scheduled event.

Warranty
At Simply Mahj, we take great care in selecting and preparing each item so it arrives beautifully and ready for play. Because mahjong products are meant to be enjoyed and used regularly, we do not offer a product warranty.

If an issue arises with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can take a look and assist you.

After 7 Days, any concerns are considered part of the natural wear that can occur with regular use and handling of mahjong products.

Mahjong items are designed for frequent play, and variations or signs of use over time are to be expected. We’re unable to guarantee against damage caused by use, handling, or environmental factors once items are in use.

Affiliate Purchases
Items purchased through affiliate or partner websites are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policies.
