Membership Commitment
Membership Commitment & Cancellation Policy:

Simply Mahj Society memberships require a 12-month commitment and are designed to reserve placement in seasonal league play, tournaments, and exclusive member experiences.
​
After the initial 12-month term, memberships may be canceled with a minimum 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
​
To preserve league integrity, scheduling, and reserved player placements, cancellations may not become effective during an active Texas Mahjong League season. Any cancellation request submitted during an active season will remain active through the conclusion of the current league season.
​
Membership fees, league registrations, tournament entries, and associated member benefits are non-refundable once a season has begun.
​
Simply Mahj reserves the right to review exceptions on a case-by-case basis for medical or extraordinary circumstances.
