Shipping Policy 

Purchases from Affiliate Sites are subject to that retailers shipping policy.

Purchases made directly from Simply Mahj are shipped within 5-7 business days.

Customer is responsible for  return shipping.  Returns must be authorized by Simply Mahj.

*Order in-stock items separately from Pre-Orders. In-stock items that are ordered in combition with Pre-Orders will ship once all items are in-stock.

*Pre-Orders. Please note that once a preorder is placed, we cannot accommodate product exchanges or refunds, even in the event of manufacturer delays. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that delivery dates may change based on production and shipping factors. Pre-Orders will ship within 5-7 business days once Simply Mahj receives shipment. Simply Mahj will provide shipping updates as they arise.
