At Simply Mahj, we want you to love everything you purchase. Because many of our items are specialty Mahjong products and limited releases, please review our policies below before placing your order.

Classes, Events & Open Play

 

All classes, events, open play sessions, and private parties are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another person for the same session with at least 7 days notice prior to the event.

Private Party & Corporate Bookings

 

All private party bookings are non-refundable.

​

However, your booking may be transferred to another available date and time with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the scheduled event.

Final Sale Items

 

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:

• Gift Cards

• NMJL Cards

• Card Sets

• Instructional Materials

• Pre-Orders

• Open Box Items

• Sale or Clearance Items

In-Store Purchases

 

Items purchased directly from Simply Mahj during classes, events, or in-store may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused

• Items must be in original, unopened packaging

• Tamper seals must remain intact

​

Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

​

Online Purchases

 

Online purchases may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused

• Items must be in original, unopened packaging

• Tamper seals must remain intact

Additional details:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Approved returns will be issued as store credit

Opened Items

 

For product integrity, items that have been opened or have broken tamper seals may be subject to a 40% restocking fee if accepted.

All returns are inspected prior to approval.

Pre-Orders

 

Many of our Mahjong sets and accessories are limited-production items offered as pre-orders.

​

Please note:

• All pre-orders are final sale

• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once placed

• Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping timelines

We will always keep customers updated on production and shipping progress as information becomes available.

Affiliate Purchases

 

Items purchased through affiliate or partner websites are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policies.

Return Approval

 

All returns and exchanges must be approved by Simply Mahj prior to processing.
