Refund Policy

All confirmed classes, events, open plays, private parties are non-refundable.  Registration is transferable to another person for the same date/time session.

All products purchased through affiliate sites are subject to that site's refund policies. ​

All Sales Final on Holiday Items. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges.

All Sales Final on 2025 NMJL Card, Card Sets, Instructional Items, Open Box, Sale, and Clearance and Items. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges.

We do not accept returns on our Acrylic Tile Box for those who have not purchased one of our Simply Mahj tile sets, so PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY.

Items not mentioned above, may be eligible for store credit or exchange. Customer can request for a return or exhange within 5 days of confirmed delivery.  Item must not be opened and in orginal packaging to be eligible for store credit, upon inspection restocking fees may apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

*Pre-Orders. Please note that once a preorder is placed, we cannot accommodate product exchanges or refunds, even in the event of manufacturer delays. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that delivery dates may change based on production and shipping factors. Simply Mahj will provide shipping updates as they arise.
