Each confirmed class or event booked is non-refundable.  Each booking requires full payment for your reservation to be confirmed.  Each class is 2 hours long.  Level of learning is not guaranteed.  Additional classes are recommended to get a full understanding of the game.  Additional classes is dependent of each learner.   

Items purchased through affiliate sites are subject to those site's terms and condition as well as return policies.  Simply Mahj does not handle complaints, questions, returns, refunds on these products.  Simply Mahj does not manufacture or distribute any of these products.  Simply Mahj simply markets and advertises these products.  Any liability to these products are addressed by the manufacturer, affiliate site, or retailer and their policies.

Item purchased online directly from Simply Mahj are eligible for a return/refund. Customer can request for a return/refund or exhange within 5 days of confirmed delivery.  Item must not be opened and in orginal packaging to be eligible for a refund, upon inspection restocking fees may apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

All Sales Final on 2025 NMJL Card, Card Sets, Open Box Items, Sale Items, and Clearance and Items. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges.

Pre-orders can be returned within 5 days of confirmed delivery.  Customers are responsible for return shipping. Product must not be opened and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund, upon inspection restocking fees may apply.  Products will be shipped within 5-7 days from when Simply Mahj receives the bulk order. Estimated dates are posted in each product description page. These dates are only estimates.
